These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.syvaro.shop, operated by Schreinerei 6315 GmbH, Gewerbezone 9, CH-6315 Morgarten.
By submitting an order, the customer agrees to these GTC.
The contractual parties are Schreinerei 6315 GmbH (hereinafter SYVARO or Seller) and the respective customer.
Customers may select and order products offered in the online shop. Detailed product descriptions are provided. All order details can be reviewed and corrected before submission.
As the products are individually configured, there is no general right of return. Returns on goodwill require prior written approval by SYVARO.
In the event of cancellation, a handling fee of 20% of the order value, at least CHF 30, may be charged.
Prices valid at the time of order apply. Errors and changes reserved.
Product presentations do not constitute a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by SYVARO.
SYVARO aims for a delivery time of approximately 8 working days after receipt of payment. This timeframe is a non-binding target.
Delays may occur due to material availability, production capacity, machine failure, supplier delays or force majeure.
After the delivery period, the product is ready for collection or handover to the transport provider.
Production starts only after full payment has been received.
Goods remain the property of Schreinerei 6315 GmbH until fully paid.
SYVARO grants a 10-year guarantee on construction, materials and fittings under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, wear, improper care or external intervention is excluded.
SYVARO furniture is modular and may be expanded later, subject to material availability. Material availability is generally ensured for at least two (2) years from purchase date.
